Society is always looking for what’s new and better. Exceeding expectations beyond imagination and performance is the new norm. But, it’s never enough or acceptable. Good enough isn’t good enough anymore.
The third reality is Total Transparency
Any word or message you send is forever stored somewhere. Whether we like it or not, we are going to be held accountable for our words, choices, and actions. There is no place we can hide anymore. Be prepared for total transparency.
The fourth reality is the Lightning Speed of Change
Whatever you’re sure of today will have changed by tomorrow. Our ability to survive is dependent on our ability to adapt to today’s lightning speed of change. Therefore, to stay ahead, you not only have to embrace change, but be an “evolutionary catalyst.”
